Therapeutic Massage with a Holistic Approach 

Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and active myofascial release can be used alone or in combination during your personalized session. Depth of pressure can range from very light to deep according your specific needs. During each session, focus will be placed on releasing areas of tension and stress, using information gathered from you before the massage as well as nonverbal cues that your muscles, tendons, and energy communicate during the massage. Energy work can be used throughout the session to ease stress and tension encouraging healing and personal transformation.

 

 

Pregnancy Massage

Swedish massage is adapted to meet the needs of the expectant mother. This type of massage safely, comfortably, and effectively relieves stress and tension throughout the body. Focus is placed on the areas most affected by the ongoing changes that occur during pregnancy.  

 

 

Oncology Massage

Gina offers specialized massage for clients with a history of cancer treatments. As an oncology trained therapist, Gina is able to provide safe and effective bodywork for oncology clients because she has the ability to recognize and work within a framework of clinical considerations. Oncology clinical data support the use of massage in managing pain and reducing nausea, anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue. Before the session starts, she will carefully assess her client’s specific needs and customize the massage and level of pressure.   

 

  

Reiki

Reiki is a 2,000-year-old Japanese energy process that restores and balances life energy, and promotes healing and personal transformation. It is a subtle and effective way to reduce stress and tension in your body, mind, and spirit. You can combine this technique with any massage session, and you may remain fully clothed.   

 

 

Rates:  Receive the full 60 or 90 minute hand-on session when you arrive on time.  

60 minute sessions are $120.00

90 minute sessions are $170.00
